September 2023 marked ten years since our founding. Below we share a series highlighting the exceptional accomplishments of our organization. Woven through the series are stories of the journey of our Usher 1F patients and their families.
While we are proud of the advancements in research, we must not forget that every single day that passes, the tunnel through which individuals see becomes narrower and dimmer. Every day presents challenges that most of us cannot comprehend, and triumphs that we might not have considered.
Above all, we remain grateful as an organization, for our dedicated families, donors, and researchers who prioritize a treatment for Usher 1F. We invite you to join us as we look back on how far we’ve come in ten years, and our plans for Seeing Forward in 2024 and beyond.
